These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nationwidemaintenance.com (the "Site") operated by Nationwide Maintenance ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use our Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. They do not constitute a service agreement for commercial facility maintenance services, service agreements are governed by separate written contracts executed between Nationwide Maintenance and each client.

1. Use of the Site

Permitted use: You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Prohibited use: You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications

2. Information Submitted Through Forms

When you submit information through our Free Estimate form, Vendor application, Subcontractor application, or any other form on our Site:

  • You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You consent to being contacted by Nationwide Maintenance at the contact information you provide
  • You understand that submitting a form does not create a binding service agreement, any service relationship requires a separate written contract
  • You understand that submitting a vendor or subcontractor application does not guarantee engagement or employment

We handle information submitted through our forms in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, is the property of Nationwide Maintenance or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission. You may share links to pages on our Site for legitimate business purposes.

The Nationwide Maintenance name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Nationwide Maintenance. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Nationwide Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
